Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Linked Charlotte. Please read our shipping policy carefully before placing an order.

Shipping Time

We offer free worldwide shipping on eligible orders.

Most orders are delivered within 7–12 business days after processing. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on product availability, carrier delays, destination, holidays, weather, customs processing, or other factors outside of our control.

Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Order Processing

Orders may take time to process before shipment. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive tracking information by email or SMS if provided at checkout.

Tracking may take time to update after it is created. This does not always mean the package is delayed or lost.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number so you can follow your package.

If your tracking has not updated for several days, please contact us at linkedcharlotte@gmail.com and we will help review the status of your order.

Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address at checkout.

Linked Charlotte is not responsible for delays, failed delivery, lost packages, or returned packages caused by an incorrect, incomplete, or misspelled shipping address.

If you notice an address mistake after placing your order, contact us immediately at linkedcharlotte@gmail.com. We can only update the address if the order has not already been processed or shipped.

Delivery Issues

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you did not receive it, please contact us as soon as possible.

We may ask you to check with your household, neighbors, building office, front desk, mailroom, or local carrier before a refund or replacement decision is made.

If a package is confirmed as delivered by the carrier, Linked Charlotte may not be responsible for replacement or refund unless the issue is reviewed and approved by our support team.

Delays

Shipping delays can happen due to carrier issues, high order volume, customs processing, weather, holidays, or other unexpected events.

If your order is delayed, please contact us before opening a chargeback or payment dispute. We will review the tracking information and work toward the best available solution.

Customs and Import Fees

Linked Charlotte aims to provide a smooth delivery experience. However, international orders may be subject to customs inspections, import rules, or local delivery requirements depending on the destination country.

Any customs-related delays are outside of our control.

Lost, Returned, or Undeliverable Packages

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, missed delivery, refusal, or failure to pick up the package, the customer may be responsible for any reshipping costs.

Refunds or replacements for lost, returned, or undeliverable packages are reviewed case by case.
