Returns & Refunds

This policy explains when returns or refunds are eligible on Linked Charlotte and sets clear expectations based on our resale and sourcing model.

1. Returns & Refunds Overview

Linked Charlotte operates as a resale and sourcing platform. Due to the nature of sourced, pre-order, and partner-fulfilled items, not all products are eligible for return or refund.

2. Final Sale Items

The following items are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or refund once processing has begun:

  • Sourced items
  • Pre-order items
  • Special request or custom-sourced products
  • Items marked as “Final Sale”

Orders cannot be canceled once an item has entered processing, typically within 3–4 business days after order placement.

3. Eligible Return Cases

Returns or replacements are only considered under the following circumstances:

  • The item received is damaged
  • The item received is defective
  • The item received is incorrect

4. Reporting an Issue

Any issues must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

Customers must provide:

  • Clear photos of the item
  • Photos of original packaging
  • Order number and description of the issue

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be eligible for review.

5. Resolution Options

If a claim is approved, Linked Charlotte may offer one of the following at its discretion:

  • Replacement item
  • Store credit
  • Partial refund (in rare cases)

Refunds are not guaranteed and are evaluated case-by-case.

6. Non-Returnable Reasons

The following reasons do not qualify for a return or refund:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind
  • Incorrect sizing
  • Delays within the stated delivery window (7–12 business days)
  • Minor differences in packaging or appearance
  • Image representation differences as disclosed on our website

7. Chargebacks & Disputes

Customers are encouraged to contact Linked Charlotte support before filing a chargeback or payment dispute.

Unauthorized disputes without prior communication may result in account restrictions.

8. Customer Acknowledgment

By placing an order on Linked Charlotte, customers acknowledge that they have reviewed and agreed to this Returns & Refunds Policy, along with our How It Works and Pre-Order & Sourcing Policy pages.
